There are several ways you can get in contact with us.
Mobile banking app
Our Chat function is accessible from every hub page. Once you've logged on to the app there are 2 ways to use it.
Option 1:
On any hub page, scroll to the bottom of the screen to 'Start chat' section
Option 2:
- Tap the 'Menu' icon in the top right corner
- Scroll down to the 'Help' section and select 'Chat with us' - there are also suggested actions and FAQs that may provide support
You can also start a chat with online banking by selecting ‘Chat’ to the right of the webpage.
For all options you can start, pause and continue your chat at your convenience.

We have different numbers so we can get you through to the right person as quickly as possible.

How we contact you
We love being able to keep you updated with important news and exciting offers. We can do this by email, over the phone or even by post.
However, we want to make sure you only hear from us in a way that suits you. So please tell us what's best for you by using online banking, giving us a call or visiting your local branch.
Please note: we won't use WhatsApp to get in touch – so be wary of any fake accounts pretending to be HSBC.
