Have a chat with us

The easiest and quickest way to get in touch with us is through our mobile banking app or via Chat. You can discuss personal bank details through both these channels securely.

If you're new to HSBC, you can chat to us through Chat or Apple Business Chat.

Mobile banking app

You can chat to us on the HSBC Mobile Banking app quickly and easily. Here's how:

  1. Log on to mobile banking in the app.
  2. Select the 'Support' tab.
  3. Select 'Chat with us'.

 

Download the mobile banking app.

Chat

To start a chat with one of our agents, select the Chat tab on the left hand side of the page.

If you need to discuss your personal bank details like your accounts or transactions, please log on using the 'Log on' tab in the top right hand corner of the page.

If you can't see the Chat option, no agents are available at the moment. Please use the chat feature in the mobile app or try one of our other contact options.

 

Apple Business Chat

Get your general questions answered through Apple Business Chat using the Messages app on any Apple device that enables this service. Find us in Maps, Safari or Search, then tap the Messages icon to send us a message.

Find a branch

Alternatively, you can visit us in branch to speak to us in person. To find your nearest branch, use our handy branch locator.

You can also book an appointment.

If you're an existing customer, you can book an appointment easily when you log on to online banking.

So that we can get you through to the right person as quickly as possible, we have different phone numbers to call depending on where you're based and whether you already bank with us.

We love being able to keep you updated with important news and exciting offers. We can do this by email, over the phone or even by post.

However, we want to make sure that you only hear from us in a way that suits you. So please tell us what's best for you by logging on to online banking, giving us a call or visiting your local branch.

Please note: we won't use WhatsApp to get in touch - so be wary of any fake accounts pretending to be HSBC.
