Changing your address

We can store two types of address for you:

  • home address (main residential address)
  • correspondence address (where your statements, letters and marketing material are sent)

Your home address can be the same as your correspondence address. Both can be changed online, over the phone or in your nearest branch.

Through online banking

Updating personal details can increase the risk of fraud so for your security if you wish to make a change to your personal details online including your address, phone number or email address, you’ll need to generate a Re-authentication code from your Physical Secure Key or your Digital Secure Key.

  1. Log on and select your name from the top right-hand side of the screen.
  2. Select 'Personal and address details'.
  3. Scroll down to 'Address details' and select 'Edit details' on either your home or correspondence address.
  4. Enter your house number or name with your postcode and select 'Look up address'.
  5. Input the date you require this change to be made.
  6. On the summary screen, follow the instructions and generate a re-authentication code with your Secure Key to authorise the change.
